Transformation can be maintained by the end user or by the TGIF support staff. Support is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. We are here to help you maintain your software and hardware systems. This can be done remotely or on site depending on your situation. Soft coding allows the customer to operate their system without continually relying on a programmer every time something changes. Our hardware and software systems are so easily maintained that the need for physical interaction is not necessary. If a problem does arise, we are more than willing to solve it.

We offer in-depth training for new users of our system. We will personally come out to your site before and after installation to help plan and settle into your new working environment. By spending time with you we ensure that converting to the new System i (iSeries/AS400) operating system will greatly enhance productivity and reduce any unnecessary time consuming tasks.

TGIF also provides on-line programming support via dial-up, which allows us direct access into a customers computer system as needed. Support is offered on a contract basis and is optional for all customers, source code is provided with the software allowing the customer to decide who and how the software is maintained and supported.

We also offer an online version of our user manual which can be accessed by clicking here. This manual is bare minimum of information about our software as our system is always evolving and should only be used to aid in navigating.
